Recently, EPARK welcomed a valued customer from Lebanon for a factory visit and in-depth business discussion. This visit marked an important step toward long-term collaboration in the arcade and amusement equipment field, strengthening trust and opening new opportunities for future partnership.

Warm Reception & Professional Factory Tour

Our sales team and engineers guided the client through the 25,000㎡ EPARK production base, introducing the production workflow from R&D design, hardware assembly, wiring, to final testing and quality inspection.
During the tour, the customer showed great interest in our claw machines, kids racing games, air hockey tables, boxing machines, basketball machines and redemption machines, especially those suitable for FECs and shopping mall entertainment zones.

We demonstrated how every arcade machine undergoes strict testing before shipment to guarantee stable performance, durability, and safety. The customer also tested several game machines onsite and provided positive feedback on gameplay experience and cabinet design.
